Job Description:
Responsibilities: 
(1)Responsible for overall boutique sales and daily operations. 
(2)Lead and motivate team to achieve sales and meet retail KPI targets. 
(3)Manage inventory holding and replenishment of stocks. 
(4)Ensure compliance in general visual merchandising of the store 
(5)Able to handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally 
(6)Preferably have shop management / retail experience 
Requirements: 
(7)Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience with proven track record in the retail or service industry 
(8)Well groomed and possess good communication & interpersonal skills 
(9)Excellent customer orientation. 
(10)Possess good leadership with good planning and organisation skills 
(11)Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
(12)Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays 
(13)Able to start work immediate or within short notice
